I’m so glad I don’t look the way I did when I was in my teens and early 20′s. It was easier to stay thin then, but I think that has more to do with having an active lifestyle than what one acquires with a 40-hour work week. I also found the frequency and quality of approaches I get have increased with age.

Youth is attractive because it represents optimal health. It’s all the little things that begin to change that take away the appearance of youth. But, if one works hard to maintain that health, it’s quite possible to retain a glow of vitality for years.

I see tons of teens and 20-somethings with premature wrinkles, harsh lines, and gray, non-glowing skin all the time. It’s not all about biological age, but how one takes care of herself and preserves her health — mentally, emotionally, and physically.
